TatjanaTatjana Cvetkovski was born in Belgrade, where she finished elementary and high school. She graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, and did doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Business Studies, Megatrend University in Belgrade.
From 1998 to 2000 she worked at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences as an associate for research activities. Since 2000 she has been working at Megatrend University, and from 2011 as a full professor at the Faculty of Business Studies in Belgrade. She has participated in a number of projects such as:

  • Managing the transformation of enterprises,
  • Strategic networking options of the Serbian economy in the world economy – the impact of electronic commerce on the restructuring of the domestic market,
  • Five-year strategic business and annual business plan for Republic Geodetic Authority,
  • National Strategy for the inflow of foreign capital in order to reintegrate Serbia into international economic flows etc.

For many years she was a member of the Organizing Committee of the Symposium of project management, which is held every year in the organization of Project Management Association of Serbia and Montenegro (YUPMA). She has been the member of the Association of Economists of Belgrade since 1999. Since 2010 she has been the member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Applied Economics “Megatrend Review”.

She is the author of several textbooks and monographs such as: Organizational Behavior (Jovanovic Bozinov M., Zivkovic M., Cvetkovski T., 2003), Human Resource Management (Jovanovic Bozinov M. Kulic Z., Cvetkovski T., 2004), Benchmarking ( Cvetkovski T., 2005), Business Communication – in modern business conditions (Cvetkovski T., Cvetkovska Ocokoljic V., 2007), Communication: People and Culture (Cvetkovska Ocokoljic V., Cvetkovski T., 2009), as well as several papers published in conferences and journals of national and international importance, as well as in a number of collection of papers.

From 2006 to 2013 she was the vice dean for education at the undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Business studies. She has been the member in the quality control board of Megatrend University, the board for recognition of foreign higher education diploma, as well as the president of disciplinary board of the Faculty of Business Studies. She has been the reviewer of Accreditation and Quality Assurance Council and the dean at the Faculty of Business Studies in Belgrade since March 2016.

As a visiting professor she was in 2009 and 2010 at Upper Austria University of Applied Sciences, School of Management, Steyr, where she gave a lecture on the theme: “Human Resources Management in Serbia” (2009) and “Intercultural Communication Problems – Business Communication in Serbia “(2010).

At the Faculty of Business Studies, at different levels of study, she deals with organizational behavior, business communication and human resources management.
